We have added a new prank - the Car Exhaust Whistle Place this hilarious prank in someones tail pipe and when they start their car, it whistles! The whistle is about 1 1/2" tall and will fit in a tail pipe as small as 1 3/8". Flanges spread so you can fit into almost any tail pipe larger than 1 3/8".
